The Committee on Science and Education recommends that the Parliament rejects the Bill of the Law on Amendments to the Article 64 of Law "On Higher Education" (re the Postponement of the Tuition Fee)

According to the Bill (Reg.№3571) the higher educational estates are let to allot the delay concerning tuition fee up to one year until the stabilization of the economic situation in Ukraine.

The Member of the committee declared that the current law does not forbid the higher educational estates to allow the delay concerning tuition fee. The issue can be solved and agreed by the parties.
